I'm sure Cody will love that I posted this picture of him but hey this is Florida and we spend all our time in the water and I'm the one with the camera so deal! I actually have the camera so no pictures of me in my bathing suit end up on the blog. Anyway, this is my parent's pool and boy o' boy do we LOVE it! Morgan is pretty content to float around in his little raft...
Or try and shoot water on everyone...
Or play on the back porch with his cousin Jane.
Besides swimming we've mostly just hung around, played games and gone for walks. It's the laid back lifestyle for us! Last Sunday we went to my sister Jill's ward to be a part of their daughter Alice's baby blessing and to sustain Kevin into the bishopric of his ward. We were very glad we could join them on these special occasions and are greatly enjoying spending time with their beautiful family!
Sadly yesterday afternoon we had to take Cody to the airport and send him back to NYC till next Friday when we get him for another weekend. Morgan greatly enjoyed running about the fun Orlando/Disney airport with his Daddy. Ahhh, water always a big draw for Morgan, who of course thought he could play in it like at the playgrounds at home.
Cody decided to keep him a safe distance from the water. And yes that is a hotel behind them that is inside the airport terminal.
Grandma, Papa, Morgan and me all saying goodbye to Cody.
Taking a break at the food court to watch the cool fishes.
It was very sad to see Cody leave and Morgan blew his Daddy lots of kisses and gave him a humongous hug before he left. I started to tear up but I tried to stay strong for Morgan. On the way home we entertained ourselves with a pair of Mommy's sunglasses.
A big toothy grin to hide the tears!
S is for sunglasses, that's good enough for me, yum yum yum yum yum! (a little ode to cookie monster!)
We also went to the beach yesterday but I took all the pictures on a water camera which has actual film so those will have to come at a later date. We are having a fabulous time here in Florida but definitely are missing our NYC friends. Hope you guys are finding ways to beat the heat and enjoy all the City has to offer in the summer. We'll keep you updated on our trip and look forward to seeing everyone in August!

Looks like so much fun! Oh to swim and play and hang out. Hope you're having a wonderful time.
What a fun trip! Are you staying for the whole month? I love being "home" too. Justin keeps telling me that home is Payson, but I don't know yet...
sounds heavenly
I am jealous! I wish I were at the Goodiers pool right now! That is great that Cody gets to visit on weekends...Morgan is a doll!
It looks like you had such a fun vacation!!
