Morgan's 1st Blue and Gold Cub Scout Banquet

On Wednesday, March 25th, Cody, Morgan and I attended his first Cub Scout Blue & Gold Banquet. It was fun to be able to spend time with just Morgan and celebrate his accomplishments. They had a cake decorating contest as part of the evening. The moms got a bit competitive about it, including me! It was all in good fun and everyone had a great time eating all the yummy cakes and cheering on our boys!

"My Blue & Gold Banquet cake is going to be so much cooler than yours...at least in my mind it will be. Now, to make Morgan's design a reality! Wish me luck!"

The cub scouts putting on a little show for us with some sort of cheer. It was pretty funny, especially watching their different personalities deal with the spotlight.
