Pepper's Ballet Recital

On Friday, May 29th, Pepper had her ballet recital. This year I was running sound for the show and couldn't be in the audience to take pictures or videos. Cody had Morgan and Hazel with him (thankfully, we were able to leave a sleeping Truly at home with a sitter,) and they had a great time watching all the dancers.
The "Broadway Baby" number was a favorite of ours.

Miss Diane the pianist getting some much deserved recognition.

Picture day rehearsals.

"The Adams ballerinas at dress rehearsal. Two girls with the same last name in the same class for the third year in a row."

Morgan saying hi to Miss Diane his piano teacher.
My view of the audience.

Pepper with her teacher Miss Shari
She loved getting flowers from her dad. So sweet.
"My beautiful ballerina shined during her dance recital tonight. Love her."
"Thanks to Bekah I was hired to run sound for the dance recital. I felt like I was back in my happy place and now have a definite itch to get more involved again! The family came to visit me during intermission and were all suitably impressed that their mother could run the equipment."
"One more of my sweet girl. I loved getting to spend some extra one-on-one time with her this week. I also love her coy look and the pink in her bun:)"
These are pictures from JoAnna Adams, mom of Pepper's friend, Juliana. I loved getting to see what the girls looked like from the backstage view. I loved getting to run sound for the show but I missed being able to be more involved backstage.
