Here are my random phone pics for the month of July.
On Tuesday, July 1st, our friend Kate Tolman invited the kids and me over to the apartment complex to go swimming. They actually live at Park Hill where we used to live. It was fun to be back in the pool we used to swim in. |
The picture I posted on Instagram the morning before Truly went into the ER. |
Morgan's t-ball team trying to get a team picture. Morgan's coach was a funny guy and the kids were a mess. It was quite entertaining. |
Peek-a-boo baby toes!!!! |
They needed a close up! I will never get tired of pictures of baby toes! |
Happy dad with a couch full of love. |
Sister time and trying to take a pic of the little booties, Kami Macey made for Truly. |
One Monday evening for FHE we visited the kitty cats at One of a Kind pet rescue center. |
Hazel feeding her baby, Elsa. |
Hazel takes after me and is not the most pleasant person when she first wakes up. She also has an obsession with blankets and has about 6 blankets in her crib all the time and is always trying to get more. |
Guess she was done with the photo shoot. |
Miss Bobbie and Ms. Susan stopped by to bring us a baby present and some popcorn treats for the older kids. Everyone was excited to see them, although Truly may have had mixed emotions. We really have the best preschool teachers! |
Truly has some long bangs. I try to sweep them to the side but when she rubs her hands on her heads this happens. |
That's better. |
Since Truly had the acid reflux issues, she started sleeping in her carseat after our Palmyra trip. This is a shot of her sleeping in her carrier, in the bassinet next to our bed. |
Truly started rolling over around 2mos old. |
Truly loves to hold her fingers like this all the time. It looks like she's signing the letter "T" or playing a little baby game of "got your nose." |
Hazel dressed up like Elsa and watching Frozen. It is so fun watching her dance to the songs and mimic all the movements. |
Randomly one Wednesday, I decided to take the kids to the Akron Zoo. As we were pulling up I noticed that the parking lot was very, very full and it had just opened for the day. Turns out it was Free Backpack Day for the Akron Public School system. All APS kids could go to the zoo for free, get a backpack and go on a school supply scavenger hunt. I wanted to turn and run but the kids were super excited so we kept going. It was very crazy and the crowds were insane but the kids loved it and we ended up having a very fun morning. |
The baby snow leopard came right up to Morgan and put its paw up to Morgan's hand. Such a special moment for him. |
I didn't make it to many of these, but a couple Thursday mornings I was able to take the kids to the main library downtown for storytime. |
Spotted a red-tail hawk sitting in my friend's yard. |
