Fun with Croxall Cousins

It was so great finally getting to spend some serious quality time with Katie and her family. Katie and Bruce have six lovely kids and we all just loved getting to know them better. The kids played together from morning till bed and then all slept together in one big heap. The older girls helped me with Truly and the rest of them kept each other entertained with Grandma leading the way. It was heavenly.

I wish this more accurately captured the sheer terror of riding along this skinny ledge to reach the top of the bluff. I was seriously scared and wondering why we decided this was a good idea!

Then I saw the view and knew it was a good idea. Thank goodness Cody was there to drive us!!!

On Saturday night, Cody and I headed into St. George to have a little date night before he had to leave for the Las Vegas airport and fly home. Keeping with tradition we ate at Panda Express.

After dinner, Cody and I hung out on the bluff overlooking St. George and just enjoyed the beautiful view and evening before I had to drop him off at the airport shuttle service terminal. It was so hard to say good-bye. It was such a wonderful week and a half together, especially once we got to Cody's parents' home. We love being there together as a family.
