Halloween FINALLY arrived on Saturday the 31st. We began the day with Hazel's ballet class. She was allowed to wear a costume that she could dance in. Since the ladybug was a little bulky, Hazel opted for Pepper's old ballet recital costume and some pirate earrings.

| Next up was a fundraiser pancake breakfast at Lock 3 for the performing arts middle school, Miller South. We enjoyed the yummy food and got to see some of the choral students perform. |

| After breakfast, we ran some errands and then I spent the rest of the afternoon making a delicious pumpkin soup and prepping to have some friends over for dinner and trick-or-treating. |
