Pepper LOVES spending time hanging out with her daddy. When Cody is home on the weekends she basically follows him around and begs to do whatever he is doing. Cody gets a little frustrated when that includes his shower and bathroom time but he is a good sport and usually finds something for them to do together.

Great Wolf Lodge Winter Getaway

For years our friends have been telling us about these indoor water park hotels that they go to during the winter to take a break from the horrible weather. We decided that this was our year to go before the baby was born. The best deal was the first weekend in March, so on Sunday, March 2nd we set off for Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky, right after sacrament meeting. We decided since this was our first try at something like this that we would only stay one night. It was definitely the right decision but we had a fantastic time and look forward to going back next year.

We really enjoyed being inside playing in the water while it snowed outside. It was a balmy 5 degrees when we left Monday afternoon. The kids keep asking when we are going to go back. I have a feeling this could become a yearly thing for us!
