| "This girl banged her head on the playground, repeatedly threw up, and earned herself a CT scan. Luckily, all seems well except she has a sinus infection. Sigh." Poor, poor Pepper. I had to pick her up from school after she threw up in her classroom, after hitting her head on the playground. She came home and fell asleep and was acting a bit weird. I was worried about her but luckily her pediatrician saw her right away and she was able to go across the hall and get a CT scan. The scan showed no concussion but she did have a sinus infection. By the end of the day she was just fine. Thank, goodness! |

| The kids had earned some gift certificates to a restaurant for doing well at school. They expired on New Year's Eve, so we decided to use them as our NYE family celebration. |
