| One Saturday evening we needed to go to the grocery store and Cody suggested that if I wanted I could go by myself while he fed the kids and put them to bed. Ummm...yes, please!!!! I took the opportunity to read a magazine and get a nice dinner by myself. It was heaven! |

| It looks so great and it did taste great. Unfortunately, the caramel never set right and it was pretty much pie soup. Would have made a great ice cream topping. The pie plate was licked clean however, so I guess no one really minded. |

| I also made this maple-walnut pie. I wasn't expecting too much from it because it was so simple. But it ended up being my favorite! It was DELICIOUS!!! Sadly, neither won but they were both completely eaten so still a good night. |
