Day in Savannah

On Wednesday the 24th, Gramma and I took the kids into Savannah to spend the morning exploring the city. We decided to take a trolley tour to make it easier to see as much of the city as we could without killing ourselves and the kids.

One of many, many, many moss covered squares with a statue in the middle.

For an early lunch we went to Paula Dean's restaurant in downtown.

Hazel trying something new is always photo worthy!
These fried-green tomatoes were delicious!
People watching.

A few times during our trolley tour actors would get on and give us a historical account. Loved this little bonus entertainment.

"Sorry, little ladies, this handsome boy is all mine for at least another 8 years!!! (And yes, this is the souvenir he picked for himself yesterday in Savannah!)"
