Breakfast with Santa at Smucker's Store

Every year we look forward to our annual trip to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Smucker's store. The Monday before the Breakfast with Santa the kids worked on their Santa letters and wish lists. Truly was more interested in breaking the crayons and it didn't take Hazel long to lose interest. Morgan and Pepper, however took it all very seriously. This year we had "the talk" with Morgan about Santa and fairies and all of that. I was worried about how he would take it all, but he took it like a champ. After a bit, he got pretty excited about being a part of the big people "gang" and kept giving us knowing looks when we would talk about Santa. To his credit, he did a fantastic job keeping the "secret" and letting his sisters enjoy the magic. 

"For Family Night we got ourselves all ready to see Santa and Mrs. Claus this Saturday. Very excited to get our holiday season started!"

The big news of the past year for Smucker's was aquiring Big Heart pet food company. It was fun to see the new display area for their products even if we don't have a pet to buy food for. 

We always look forward to visiting with this lovely elf and seeing her crazy, moving, singing hat.

Waiting in a long line can be tough. Truly decided to take a juice break with some new friends.

This poor elf thought she'd be nice and pick up Truly to keep her from setting off the emergency exit alarm. Truly was not having it.

I could not believe how well Truly did with Santa!!!! I couldn't stop taking pictures because the whole thing was just the cutest. The kids were all so happy and just had the best time with the REAL Santa and Mrs. Claus.
