On Thursday the 15th of November, my dear friend Bekah came to town for a visit. We were roommates and theatre nerds together at Ricks College. We became instant friends on the first day of Acting 101 and she is still one of my favorite people ever! She is selling Premier Designs Jewelry now and came over to visit us and do a show. I was happy to help her business and loved the chance to have an excuse to get her here!

| Bekah joined us for playgroup at the Nature Realm. Pepper was very happy to have my friend visit us. |
Friday night was the jewelry party. I just may have gotten a little bit excited about the food portion of the party and gone on a baking spree.

| French Bread |

| Bekah getting ready for the party. My children were oh, so helpful while she was trying to set up. Luckily, she has 5 of her own so Bekah wasn't phased one bit. |
| The spread. |
| Kami all decked out. We all got to wear some jewelry during the party. |
| We didn't get the biggest turn out but the ladies that did come were the greatest. We had a fantastic time laughing, talking, eating and learning great tricks for wearing fun jewelry. |
After the fun party, Bekah and I did a quick clean up and then headed out to a late showing of the last Twilight movie. We had such a great time catching up and reconnecting. It was like no time had passed at all. I just love kindred spirits! And I especially love kindred spirits that live much closer than they used to so that we can see a lot more of each other!
Early on Saturday morning, we all headed out to the Smucker's Store and Cafe for Breakfast with Santa. The kids were stoked. They had made their cards earlier in the week and Morgan also drew a picture of his list for Santa to see. We were also excited to share our fun morning with Bekah. My kids love visitors!
| This year they also had reindeer outside. They were a bit stinky but very fun to see. |
| Hazel loves animals. |
| Pepper loves animals behind cages. |
| The kids were a little too excited to stand still for a picture. |
| We LOVE the Smucker's Santa and Mrs. Claus. They are super nice, look fantastic and always make the kids feel special. Love them! |
| Morgan's face says it all. |
| When it came time for Hazel to sit on their lap for a picture, turns out she did not share our love. |
| Yay for Christmas! |
| After visiting with Santa, Morgan immediately changed his shirt and then we got breakfast. |
| Morgan was our photographer, so not my best angle, but I'm glad we got a picture together. |
| These reindeer are pretty awesome animals. Their hooves are extra wide to walk on the snow and their knees click so that they can hear each other in a blizzard while walking in a line. Fascinating. |
Bekah headed home after breakfast and I had to rush back to help out at a primary activity. The rest of the day was spent hanging out, running errands and taking the kids to Chick-Fil-A for dinner.
| Hazel just loves the camera and french fries! |
| Pepper got a hold of the camera. |
| This ones blurry but I love it. That is a classic Morgan laughing face and it is awesome! |
We are all really excited that the Christmas season has begun. The music, the food, the decorations and movies. All awesome and always worth the wait!
