Smucker's Breakfast with Santa 2013

On the morning of Saturday November 23rd, we headed out to the Smucker's Store and Cafe in Orrville for our annual Breakfast with Santa. We went a little later in the morning this year because we were going after Pepper's ballet class. Gary Griesmyer and the kids joined us this year while Bekah was finishing teaching dance classes. I try my best to spread the word about this event each year because it is so fun, their Santa rocks and it's usually a small crowd. I guess my advertising worked because 10 of our friends came with their kids and so did the rest of the surrounding towns! It was super crowded and kind of crazy but we still had a fabulous time and fun was had by all.

It was a super cold morning but the kids were excited...despite some of their faces.

Luckily, waiting in line for 45 minutes to see Santa and Mrs. Claus didn't dampen anyone's spirits.

Hazel kept trying to move the decorations around. Such a helper.

Any electronic device will work for these guys. Even if it is just showing them the history of Smucker's brands. 

An elf stopped by to entertain the kids with a dancing, singing elf hat. 

Finally made it to the big man and Hazel had NO interest in the whole affair, but the other two were super excited.

I love that Santa and Mrs. Claus never rush anyone. After the pictures, the kids got to sit and chat for a minute and show them the letters they had made for them.

Their faces kill me. I think they were trying to think of something they wanted but it still cracks me up.

Emma was also not impressed by the Clauses and let the boys have all the fun.

Hazel kept putting her arm around Eli and smiling at him. It was so cute. 

He's a love-bug, too!

Now we wait for breakfast.

Yay, pancakes and a whole topping bar full of sweet things to put on top of them!

Next up was a free horse-drawn wagon ride around the parking lot.
