William's Baptism

On Saturday, March 29th, the morning after our Cleveland date, we got up bright and early and headed over to Cincinnati for William's baptism. We were all very excited to see family and to celebrate such a big moment in William's life. Cody was asked to speak about the Holy Spirit and Joanna asked me to sing a primary baptism song with her. We were both very happy to help out.
The girls were very happy to see Andie and Robin.
Kegan was in charge of technical support since they had Karissa and Theron on skype from Utah and Idaho.
Khan and Joanna celebrating a big day for their baby boy.

Morgan was especially excited to cheer William on, since next year is his turn.
Attempting a group family photo. Always a good time.
This was Hazel's reaction to no nap and trying to force her to sit still and then take a picture.
Playing some games later that night.
Saturday night was the RS Women's conference, so Joanna, her mother and I went to that while Khan and Cody bathed and put to bed the little ones. Worked out nicely for me. Sunday morning we got up and went to sacrament meeting before heading back home. Once again, Hazel did not get a nap because our kids never seem to fall asleep in the car no matter how tired they are. After we got home, unpacked and were just hanging out before dinner, this is what I found:

I wasn't sure what to do with her because it was so late but the poor thing was so tired. I was still debating when Pepper decided to get up and dumped Hazel out of the chair onto the floor. Well, that solved the problem but did not, however, make for a very happy Hazel. At least she was still more than ready for bedtime when it finally rolled around. Thank goodness for good sleepers! And family time! And the gospel! Perfect way to end March.
